NIPUN Bharat इस योजना के माध्यम से सक्षम वातावरण का निर्माण किया जाएगा। जिसके माध्यम से आधारभूत साक्षरता और संख्यात्मकता के ज्ञान को छात्रों को प्रदान किया जा सकेगा। निपुण योजना के माध्यम से सन 2026-27 तक प्रत्येक बच्चे को तीसरी कक्षा के अंत तक पढ़ने, लिखने एवं अंकगणित को सीखने की क्षमता प्रदान की जाएगी।
